After almost 20 years as a designer in children’s publishing a short silversmithing course in 2006 prompted a change of direction for Jemima.

‘My often whimsical style stems from my previous career –as do the elements of storytelling. Rob Ryan’s papercuts, Tord Bootje’s lampshades , Lucienne Day’s wallpaper and the repeated patterns of the Arts and Crafts movement fill many of the pages of my sketch book.’
