Anny Hsieh is a contemporary jeweller with over 15 years of experience in fine jewellery. Born in Taiwan and raised in the UK, she draws on her background in architecture to create refined work that balances proportion, elegance, and wearability. She was Head Design Manager at Clifton Rocks in Bristol for over a decade and has recently embarked on her own independent practice.
Anny’s design language is rooted in geometry, repetition, and proportion. Her signature collection, X Multiply, explores these themes through bold yet minimal forms, using layered structures to create interplay between light and shadow. This architectural approach is paired with a deep passion for gemstones, each one meticulously chosen for its unique character and often serving as the source for a design.
Her latest Shore collection reveals another facet of her artistry, which is softened, introspective, and deeply inspired by her enduring connection to the sea. Crafted using the traditional Japanese wax technique Mitsuro Hikime, these fluid silver forms echo natural rhythms, spirals, tidal movements, and coastal textures. While her signature linear detailing continues to run through the work.
