Jess’ fascination with making began early in life – she would spend hours sat with her Grandfather in his workshop watching him make all manner of things from metal, wood and glass.
Jess began making jewellery during her time at Cardiff Metropolitan University where she studied Artist, Designer: Maker(Hons) BA.
Her work explores texture as an expression of ‘makers marks’.
