This Sunburst bombe orange sapphire ring features an ombre of 5 traceable Malawi orange and pink sapphires and 2 Canada Mark white diamonds, bezel set a long the ring, representing the fading colours of setting sun.
The Sunburst collection
Clare Chandler’s latest collection, Sunburst, draws inspiration from her journeys to some of the world’s most captivating destinations. Moved by the beauty of sunrises and sunsets, Clare captures the essence of time’s passage through radiant designs that evoke warmth, wonder, and the spirit of exploration.
These ideas evolved into a striking amulet collection, drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of ancient talismans discovered across the diverse cultures and eras of Clare’s travels.
Clare plays with the beauty of colours found in natural diamonds and sapphires, recreating sunrises with the ombre of diamonds, from white to yellow to champagne. Sapphires evoke the deep blues of the night sky and intense orange of the changing colours in the sun.
The ring width is: 10.5mm wide, tapering to 5mm wide. The top of band is 5.4mm deep but has been hollowed out.
The sapphires measure 2.5mm, 2x 2mm, 2×1.5mm. The diamonds measure 2x1mm.
