Gold stock items are dispatched / available to collect within 2 week of purchase.

Introducing these one off mermaid’s purse drop earring, this is part her Shore Collection. Designed and created by Bristol based jeweller Anny Ching-Chin Hsieh.
These one off mermaid’s purse drop earring are designed to be worn asymmetrically and inspired by the beachcombing finds known as the mermaids purse.
Anny has a deep connection with the sea, she creates pieces from Mitsuro Hikime wax, an ancient traditional Japanese Wax modelling technique. Due to the nature of the wax and technique no two pieces are the same, meaning you will truly be wearing something that is one of a kind.
The wax is then cast into sterling silver and then a matt finish is applied with polished hight lights.
Shore Collection:
Shore is a silver jewellery collection shaped by Anny’s lifelong love of the sea, the shifting tides, and the hidden treasures beneath the horizon. Each piece is handcrafted using the traditional Japanese wax technique Mitsuro Hikime, which allows for the creation of unique, asymmetrical forms through the stretching, twisting, and folding of wax. This process captures the maker’s movement and emotion, resulting in one-of-a-kind designs that cannot be replicated. The resulting forms echo the whorls of seashell, the soft drift of tidal currents, and the ever-changing textures of the coast. Shore is a reflection of the sea’s quiet poetry—fluid, raw, and deeply personal.
