Orders can be collected from our shop in Clifton Village, Bristol at no charge. As standard items are sent via Royal Mail – signed for delivery to your home for £10. This is an insured service.
Customised jewellery and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Silver stock items are dispatched / available to collect within 1 week of purchase.
Gold stock items are dispatched / available to collect within 2 week of purchase.
‘Back Order’ items are pieces will be made up and dispatched within 4 – 6 weeks.

The Aide Memoire locket by Jacks Turner has a leaf like shape, drawing inspiration from Honesty seed pods. A stunning white sapphire is set on the top, allowing you to catch a glimpse of the engraving underneath – ‘walk beside me everyday’.
The locket has a small reservoir in the reverse – the intention is to hold ashes, hair or a memento, which can be sealed in.
This unique necklace holds deep meaning to the designer, Jacks Turner. It has been created with her handsome pup, Hector in mind. So much heart has been poured in to this piece that Jacks cannot bear to part with it and so it is not for sale. However Jack’s is happy to recreate this locket upon request. If you would like a bespoke version please get in touch.

The pendant has a lozenge shaped, 1.48ct white sapphire and a mix of round and pear chocolate diamonds.
